Terms of Service

Company: WP Sprint LLC (“WP Sprint”, “we”, “us”, or “our”)

By engaging WP Sprint for any package, subscription, or project (collectively referred to as “Services”), you (“Client”, “you”) agree to the following Terms of Service.

 

1. Definitions

  • Services: Any offering from WP Sprint, including subscriptions, productized projects, custom quotes, or one-off builds. Services may be listed on our website or provided through private/custom agreements.

  • Sprint Subscription: Our flagship $1,999/month plan providing unlimited website requests (1 at a time).

  • Custom Subscription: A tailored monthly plan with pricing, task limits, and scope defined per agency/partner agreement.

  • Single Site Project: A one-off build (e.g., a 5-page WordPress website for $499). This option is ideal for agencies or businesses who prefer not to subscribe.

  • Managed (SMB): A monthly subscription for SMBs who prefer to pay a low monthly fee instead of a large upfront invoice. Includes site build, hosting, and ongoing maintenance.

  • Custom Deals: Any variation of subscription, single project, or WAAS that has been customized. Cancellation, pause, or refund policies apply based on the primary service category it belongs to.

 

2. Scope of Services

Subscriptions (Sprint & Custom)

  • Unlimited tasks per month with a limit on concurrent active tasks (based on your plan).

  • Major tasks: Full site design in Figma, landing pages, WordPress builds using page builders (Elementor, Bricks, Breakdance, etc.), CRO-focused opt-ins.

  • Minor tasks: Design tweaks, content updates, bug fixes, maintenance.

  • Plugin Development: Tiny/custom plugins included. Large plugins, enterprise builds, or non-WordPress CMS projects require a custom one-time quote.

  • Design & Dev Policy:

    • Design: Figma only.

    • Development: WordPress only.

Managed (SMBs)

  • Fully customized WordPress website.

  • Hosting + maintenance included.

  • Page quota based on plan:

    • $99/mo → up to 15 pages

  • Client provides/owns their domain.

Single Site Projects

  • Scope defined upfront.

  • Delivery based on one-time agreement.

 

3. Payment Policy

  • Subscriptions (Sprint, Managed, Custom): Prepaid. Service is activated after payment. Non-refundable. Pause/cancel rules apply (see Section 4).

  • Single Projects: 50% deposit upfront, 50% upon delivery. Non-refundable.

  • Payment Methods: WISE or Stripe invoice.

 

4. Pause, Cancellation & Refunds

  • Sprint & Custom Subscriptions:

    • Pause anytime. Unused days remain as a credit with no expiration.

    • Resume/reuse credits later.

  • Managed Subscriptions:

    • No pause option. You may continue monthly or cancel by paying the due amount for up to 12 months.

    • Upon cancellation, your website will be removed or transferred to the owner.

    • Website ownership:

      • If you have paid for 12+ months, you may request your site files for free (migration fee: $99).

      • If you cancel before 12 months, you may acquire full ownership by paying the remaining months to complete 12 months.

  • Single Site & Custom Projects: No pause or cancellation after work has begun.

 

5. Website & Portfolio Ownership

  • Subscriptions (Sprint/Custom): Work delivered is yours upon completion of each task. We may showcase the project on our website and digital space as a joint colab project.

  • Managed:

    • Before 12 months → WP Sprint retains ownership.

    • After 12 months → Client owns the site. Migration setup requires a $99 fee.

    • We may showcase the project on our website and digital space as a developer partner.

  • Single Site Projects: Client owns the site upon full payment.

    • We may showcase the project on our website and digital space as a developer partner or joint colab partner.

 

6. Miscellaneous

  • Custom Deals: Treated under the same rules as their closest category (Subscription, Managed, or Single Site).

  • Communication: All requests and approvals must be submitted through designated project management tools/email.

  • Revisions: Reasonable revisions included for single/single-custom project based on agreement. Unlimited revisions are available on “Sprint” subscriptions only. Excessive or out-of-scope revisions may require a custom quote for a single site or managed subscription.

  • Limitation of Liability: WP Sprint is not liable for indirect damages, downtime, or loss of business arising from the use of services.
