- Subscription Packages: We offer daily hours for website tasks such as design, redesign, maintenance, and support. Free trials include 2-8 hours of service.
- Flat Rate Projects: Fixed-rate pricing for specific projects like small websites. Free trials include a 1-page website.
- Maintenance Plans: Ongoing website maintenance services. Free trial includes one month of service.
2. Payment and Billing:
- All subscription and maintenance plans require prepayment.
- No refunds are provided for cancellations during the active subscription month. Cancellations are effective at the end of the billing period.
- Flat project payments follow the same no-refund policy, with exceptions only if both parties agree.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Subscriptions and maintenance plans can be canceled at the end of the current billing month.
- Flat rate projects follow the same policy.
- Refunds may be considered only if both parties mutually agree.
4. Free Trials:
- Subscription: 2-8 hours
- Flat Plans: 1-page website
- Maintenance: 1 month
- Post-trial, a prepaid subscription is required.
5. Data Usage and Privacy:
- We collect personal information (name, email, phone) through contact forms, newsletters, and opt-in forms.
- This information is used to provide consultations, partnerships, newsletters, and marketing content.
- We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.
6. Changes to Terms:
