Subscription Terms
- Prepaid Payments: All subscriptions are billed in advance (prepaid) at the beginning of each monthly cycle.
- Pause/Cancel Anytime: You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you can reactivate your subscription anytime without any additional fees. Similarly, if you pause your subscription after using 15 days, you can resume it at a later time, and the remaining time will be available.
- Unlimited Requests: Subscriptions offer unlimited requests per month, but only one (or two, depending on your plan) active request(s) at a time. After completing one request, we immediately begin the next in your queue.
- Micro Tasks: Micro tasks include updates, tweaks, content changes, website maintenance, bug fixes, design fixes, technical SEO adjustments, website migration, and similar activities. These are also unlimited within your subscription but follow the active request limitations.
- Active Requests: “One active request” means one project (e.g., website, design, mockup, or landing page) at a time. “Two active requests” means two projects at a time. Micro tasks count as a request when submitted.
On-Demand Services
- For one-off, on-demand services (project-based), we operate on a milestone payment system:
- 50% upfront as an advance payment.
- 50% after delivery of the project.
Custom Subscriptions
- For custom subscriptions that we agree upon with you (outside of our standard plans), we follow the same prepaid structure as our regular subscriptions.
Payment Terms
- All payments are due upfront before we begin work, either for monthly subscriptions or as milestone payments for custom projects.
Newsletters & Follow-ups
- By subscribing to our services, you agree to receive email newsletters, promotional content, and follow-up communication. You can unsubscribe from these at any time.
3. Refund Policy
At WP Sprint OS, we aim to ensure the highest satisfaction with our services. Therefore, we do not offer direct refunds unless both parties mutually agree on a specific situation. However, we’re always open to discussing your concerns and resolving any issues regarding delivery or service quality.
Our primary goal is to work with you to find a solution that meets your needs, whether it’s through revisions, additional support, or a customized resolution to the issue at hand.
4. Service Overview & Definitions
Active Requests
- One Active Request: Refers to working on one project (e.g., a website, design, mockup, or landing page) at a time.
- Two Active Requests: Refers to working on two projects simultaneously.
Unlimited Requests/Month
- This means you can submit unlimited requests within a month, and we will complete them one or two at a time (depending on your subscription) before starting the next.
Micro Tasks
- Micro tasks include small activities such as:
- Updates, tweaks, and content changes
- Website maintenance
- Bug fixes
- Design fixes
- Technical SEO adjustments
- Website migration
Micro tasks are unlimited in number but subject to the active request limitation based on your subscription plan.
