Privacy Policy

At WP Sprint, we respect and prioritize your privacy. The data we collect from our partners, including name, email, and phone number, is strictly used for onboarding, communication, and occasional follow-ups or offers. We do not sell or share your data with third parties under any circumstances.

Client Data:

During website development, maintenance, or other services, we do not collect any data from your clients’ websites. All website-related data and materials shared with us remain confidential and are used solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Cookies & Tracking:

We use cookies to enhance your browsing experience, provide personalized services, and monitor website traffic. These cookies are only used for follow-ups and to deliver a better, more tailored web experience. Any information exchanged between you and us, whether on our website or through the Partner Portal, is 100% secure.

Service Terms, Conditions & Agreements

Free Trial Policy:

Upon signing up, you are eligible for a free trial of our services based on the selected plan. This allows you to evaluate our work and determine whether we are a good fit. After the trial period, you can choose to proceed with one of our monthly subscription plans.

Billing & Payments:

• • All our service plans are prepaid and billed monthly.

• • Invoices are sent manually through our Partner Portal.

• • We currently accept payments via WISE, Payoneer, Mercury, and Stripe.

• • No additional payment processing fees or taxes/VAT are applied to our invoices unless required by your local jurisdiction.

Cancellation & Pause Policy:

• • Cancellation or Pause Timing: Cancellation or pause of any plan is only allowed at the end of the billing cycle. If you wish to cancel or pause during the middle of the billing cycle, no refunds will be provided for the remaining days of that cycle.

• • Pre-Notice Requirement: To cancel or pause your plan, you are required to provide at least 5 days’ notice before the end of your current billing cycle. Failure to provide this notice will result in the continuation of your subscription for the following month.

• • Rejoining: If you pause or cancel your plan, you are welcome to return and resume at any time. The new billing cycle will begin from the date of reactivation and invoice clearance.

Turnaround Time:

Our standard turnaround times for website projects are as follows:

• • Pro Plan: 10-12 days

• • Premium Plan: 7-10 days

• • Elite Plan: 6-9 days

If you require a quicker turnaround than the standard, a rush production fee will apply, which will be handled as an add-on.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once a plan is initiated and payment is processed, as all plans are prepaid. However, we ensure the highest quality of service during the subscription period.

Service Terms & Definitions

Single Pages/Tasks/Fixes:

These refer to additional tasks outside of the primary project, such as creating an inner page, bug fixes, landing pages, opt-in forms, design tweaks, content updates, or general design adjustments. These are counts as a single task from your quota.

White-Label WordPress Development Service:

Our white-label service allows agencies to offer our WordPress development solutions under their own brand. This means all work, communication, and output are presented as your own, while we handle the backend development.

Project Communication & Management:

Our custom-built Partner Portal allows you to streamline your entire web operations. This portal enables you to:

• • Track project progress

• • Submit requests or tickets

• • Manage subscription quotas

• • View invoices and custom proposals

• • Communicate directly with your account/project manager

While we recommend using the Partner Portal for a seamless experience, we are flexible and can accommodate communications through Zoom, Slack, Trello, WhatsApp, or email if preferred.

Do You Offer Domain, Hosting, or Premium Resources?

We do not directly provide domain or hosting services. However, we have exclusive partnerships with leading providers and can offer you special rates and recommendations.

We also provide access to premium plugins and themes at a discounted rate compared to official prices. These can be added as an addon option during checkout.

UI/UX Design Services:

UI/UX design is available as an add-on service. You can include this in your project during checkout or discuss custom UI/UX needs with your account manager.

NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement):

By default, we do not share any of your clients’ data or details. However, we may use your project as part of our partnership portfolio unless you opt-out. You can request a custom NDA agreement during checkout as a addons if you prefer.
